OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS

• At Decatur Utilities
  Payments can be made at our main office using cash, check, money order or cashier’s check.
• Phone
  Phone payments can be made by credit card, debit card or ACH electronic check by calling Paymentus at 1-866-898-7301. A fee of $3.95 will apply.
• Bank Draft
  Bank draft is a convenient way to pay your utility bill. Automatic payment is available with bank draft from a checking or savings account. You may print the bank draft form by clicking the link below or by coming to our office to complete the form. Completed forms may be sent to us by fax, mail or email.

• Mail
  We gladly accept your payment by mail. Payments should be addressed to Decatur Utilities, P.O. Box 2232, Decatur, AL 35609. Delinquent accounts should pay at our office to avoid interruption of service.
• Night Deposit
  We have a night depository on the north side of the main office building, past the drive thru window, for after-hour payments. PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE NIGHT DEPOSITORY.
