DU transitioning to SmartHub Online Account Access Effective July 15th


Beginning in mid-July, DU will be transitioning from Customer Connect to NISC's SmartHub. This enhanced online experience is your central location for information related to your DU account.


Beginning July 15th, SmartHub can be accessed at OR you can download the SmartHub app for your tablet or phone. (Android or Apple devices are supported.)


With SmartHub, you can:


  • - Report power outages or other utility emergencies
  • - Contact DU's Customer Service Department with questions
  • - View your past billing and payment information
  • - View and anlayze usage trends for each utility service
  • - Set up your preferences for receiving important notifications from DU
  • - Make secure online payments via bank card or check
  • - Access DU's news feed to stay up-to-date

If you are a current Customer Connect customer, you will be prompted to sign up for SmartHub beginning July 15th. You can not register for SmartHub before July 15th. Customer Connect will no longer be available after July 15th.


If you are NOT a current Customer Connect customer, you can sign up for SmartHub beginning July 15th.
